Privacy Policy applicable to information we collect from our non-online customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany:
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of Enterprise Rent A Car UK Limited, ERAC Ireland Limited and Enterprise Autovermietung Deutschland GmbH. In this Privacy Policy, "Enterprise", "we" and "our" collectively refer to the various divisions and affiliates of Enterprise Rent A Car UK Limited, ERAC Ireland Limited and Enterprise Autovermietung Deutschland GmbH. Our Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time, so we encourage you to periodically check this page for information related to offline practices in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany. Collection of Information
We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us in connection with a rental transaction, contact us for information and/or participate in our customer satisfaction surveys. In connection with these activities, we may collect personal information that includes your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, driver's license number and expiration date and credit card number and expiration date. We may verify your personal, driving and credit information through credit and other agencies and other sources.
Use of Information
We may process your information in the European Union and/or the United States. We may process it for any of the following purposes: (1) to fulfill your requests for our services; (2) to service your account; (3) to respond to your questions; (4) to send you information and promotional materials and offers from us (unless you direct us not to); (5) to assist us in providing better services (for example, we may contact you to assess the quality of the services you have received from us); and (6) to compile statistics and analysis, for internal use only, about our customers' use of our services.

Access to Your Information

Disclosure of Information
We may disclose the information we collect from and about you to our subsidiaries and affiliates. Enterprise or its Affiliates may sell or buy other businesses or entities. In such transactions, personal information may be one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that Enterprise or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
Except as explained above, we will not share your personal information with any third party, unless we have received your express permission to do so.
Security
Once we receive your information, we take steps that we believe are reasonably appropriate to protect the security of your data, in electronic and paper form, both internally and from outsiders, from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, and to ensure the integrity of the data we collect. We use a combination of technological, physical, administrative and policy methods as well as organizational controls and non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements as we deem appropriate to protect this data. For example, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees, Affiliates and business partners who need to know that information to provide products and services and/or to facilitate requests by you for special offers, promotions and other information. The use of this information is limited by, as applicable, governing law and non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements.
