Call the branch office directly to book a hybrid vehicle. Hybrids are not guaranteed. If paying with a debit card, call the Branch for payment screening process. Rental Pick-Up Procedure: 1. 20 Minute Call - For quicker service, please call branch office from your cell phone when Train is 20 minutes from station. 2. No Cell Phone - Call 1-800-rent-a-car or (800-736-8222) from the station pay phone upon arrival and choose option #1. 3. Meet Us - Upon arrival, meet agent at the Enterprise Tower.
