If the Citibank Visa Card is not used OGS recommends that renters purchase the damage waiver protection from Enterprise referred to CDW or LDW. Report all accidents to Citibank Claims 1-866-390-9735 within 45 days of the incident. Provide a tax exempt form and travel orders if paying with personal credit card. Insurance information is found on page 4 of the contract; please review the insurance requirements when renting from this contract.
