How do I reserve a car and get USAA benefits?
Do I need to make an advance reservation to get the USAA discount? No, but to ensure availability we recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Some specialty vehicles may require more than 24 hours.back to top

I need to rent a vehicle outside of the United States. Do my USAA benefits member discount rates apply to international rentals? No, the USAA program benefits apply to rentals only in the U.S. and Canada.back to top

Can I specifically reserve a non-smoking car?
All vehicles are non-smoking and renters should not smoke in them.
What is the minimum rental age? The minimum age is 21 years. USAA members 21 to 24 years old are exempt from a youthful driver fee.back to top
I want to list my spouse or domestic partner as an additional driver on the rental. Will I incur an additional driver fee? There is no additional driver fee for the spouse or domestic partner of a USAA member.back to top

What is the No Show Fee policy for Enterprise? Enterprise does not charge No-Show fees. We ask that reservations are cancelled 24 hours in advance.back to top
Will I be charged One-Way fees? Enterprise offers one way rentals between most major airports within the same area. Dropping at a different location will result in a one way drop charge for most locations and this fee will show in the reservation details once you have entered the locations.back to top
What are the toll fee options?
Suppose I'm in an accident in the U.S. and my vehicle sustains damage. What should I do? Handle the matter as if your personal vehicle were involved in an accident by sharing relevant information with the other party. Report the accident to local authorities, your insurance company and to Enterprise. More information as well as 24-hour roadside assistance can be found on the rental agreement.back to top
