Discount applies to vehicles reserved in advance for rentals up to twenty-six (26) days at participating locations. Discount does not apply to taxes, surcharges, recovery fees, and optional products and services including damage waiver at $30 or less per day. Check your insurance policy and/or credit card agreement for rental vehicle coverage. Normal rental qualifications apply. Vehicles subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply. Pick-up and drop-off service is subject to geographic and other restrictions. Void where prohibited. Enterprise, the "e" logo and 'We'll Pick You Up' are registered trademarks of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Void where prohibited.

How do I reserve a car and get the USAA discount?

  • Phone: Call 877-223-5838 no code is required.

NOTE: At the time of rental, you may be asked to present your USAA affiliation card. For example you can present your USAA credit card or auto insurance card as proof of membership.

Do I need to make an advance reservation to get the USAA discount? No, but to ensure availability we recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Some specialty vehicles may require more than 24 hours.

I need to rent a vehicle outside of the United States. Do my USAA member benefits apply to international rentals? No, the USAA program benefits apply to rentals only in the U.S.

Can I reserve a specific make/model of car? Sorry but we are unable to guarantee specific make/model of vehicles.

Can I specifically reserve a non-smoking car? All vehicles are non-smoking and renters should not smoke in them.

NOTE: Additional cleaning fees will apply if a vehicle is returned in a condition where it needs to be cleaned and deodorized due to smoking.

What happens after a claim is filed with Enterprise? Damage Waiver must be purchased, where it is not already included in the quote, unless alternative coverage can be verified at the time of rental.

Note: American Insurance coverage is not accepted without a letter from customer's Insurance Company stating that they have coverage in the renting country.
