4.  Timing:  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") December 27, 2004 and ends at 11:50 p.m. ET, October 2, 2005 (the "Promotion Period").

5.  How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

One (1) entry per person, per valid email address, during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entry” or “Eligible Entries”). All online entries must be received during the Promotion Period. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant (“Entrant”). The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Only one Grand Prize and only one First Prize per household.

b.  On-Line Tell-A-Friend:   : If you enter the Sweepstakes via on-line entry, you will be given the opportunity to email up to five (5) friends (by providing their names and email addresses) to tell them about the Sweepstakes, each of whom will be sent an email on your behalf, providing that individual the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes. For each valid referral you make during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry, for up to five (5) entries in addition to your original online entry for a total of six (6) entries. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing personal relationship and from whom an email from you would not be considered spam.

c.  To enter by mail:  Hand print (or type) your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address (if any), and age on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper. Canadian residents must include the answer to the following: ((213) x 42) / 1491 + 914 – 820. Mail it in a hand-addressed, #10 envelope to “Enterprise Ride with the Best Sweepstakes” c/o ePrize LLC, P.O. Box 8070 Royal Oak, MI 48068-8070 (“Entrant”). Entrant may submit up to six (6) entries (total) in the Sweepstakes. LIMIT: one (1) card per separately mailed envelope via this method of entry for a total of six (6) separately mailed entries (“Eligible Entry” or “Eligible Entries”). To constitute an Eligible Entry, all mail-in entries must be postmarked by the date specified in the table below for the applicable draw, and must be post-marked no later than October 2, 2005 and received no later than 11:50pm EST October 9, 2005. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Only one Grand Prize and only one First Prize per household.

Limit of six (6) entries per person via any method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period.

6.  Drawings:  On Sponsor’s behalf, ePrize will conduct twenty-nine (29) random drawings from amongst all Eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. ePrize is an independent Sweepstakes administrator, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding. Each drawing will take place before an official Built Ford Tough Series Professional Bull Riders event (“PBR Event” or “PBR Events”). The PBR Ride With The Best (“RWTB”) Events will begin January 7, 2005 and end October 10, 2005. Refer to the table below for drawing and entry dates to identify each week’s Entrant (“Potential Winner”). All Eligible Entries must be received by the dates and time listed below in order to be eligible for the drawing. Non-winning Eligible Entries from one week’s drawing are entered into subsequent week’s drawings during the Promotion Period. The Potential Winner from each drawing will have his or her name and home city announced during a televised PBR Event. Each week’s Potential Winner will be assigned a designated bull rider and a designated bull that will ride for the Potential Winner. The designated bull rider shall be the winner of the previous week’s PBR Event as determined by points. In the event of a tie for total points at the end of a PBR Event, in order to determine which bull rider will be the Sweepstakes rider for the next PBR Event, the tie will be broken by reference to the back judge’s scores to determine one (1) outright RWTB rider. If still tied after reference to the back judge’s scores, for purposes of the Sweepstakes only, the tied rider who achieves the single highest judges’ score at the PBR Event will be deemed the outright winner of the next RWTB Ride and the RWTB Sweepstakes rider.

If the designated bull rider rides the designated bull for eight (8) seconds according to the official PBR time clock in the Round prior to the Short-Go of a PBR Event, a Potential Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize. If the designated bull rider rides the designated bull, but not for the required eight (8) seconds, a Potential Winner will receive only one (1) First Prize. The official PBR time clock and the PBR judge’s decisions are final and binding in determining whether a designated bull rider rides for a qualifying eight (8) seconds. If a rider chooses to take a re-ride, regardless of his performance on the round before the short go, and is unsuccessful, no Grand Prize will be awarded. If the re-ride, regardless of his performance on the round before the short go, is successful, the Potential Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize. Sponsor is neither responsible for cancellation or postponement of a PBR Event nor the inability of the designated bull rider to ride the designated bull for any reason. If a cancellation or postponement of any event occurs, that particular week’s drawing will not take place. In the case of the designated bull rider being unable to ride, an alternate bull rider will be selected who has the second highest point total the week prior. All Potential Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and the actual award of any Grand Prize and/or any First Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

Potential Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing using the telephone number and email address provided by the Potential Winner on any official entry. If the Potential Winner is a Canadian resident and entered online, he/she must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question prior to being declared a winner. If the Potential Winner is a Canadian resident who entered by mail, the skill-testing question must be correctly answered to win. In order to receive a Grand Prize and/or a First Prize, a Potential Winner must sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (3) days of the date of notice or within three (3) days of the date Sponsor attempts to notify a Potential Winner. If a Potential Winner cannot be notified within the three (3) day period or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the three (3) day period, a Potential Winner shall forfeit any and all prizes. In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will seek to award the applicable prize to an alternate Potential Winner. All prizes will be awarded subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
