Official Rules

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. U.S. ONLY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility : The “Enterprise Family Reunion Adventure Sweepstakes^sm ” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia ), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Enterprise Rent-a-Car Company (“Sponsor”), Busch Entertainment Corporation (“Busch Entertainment”), ePrize, LLC (“ePrize”) and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which are final and binding.

4. Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 AM , Central Time ("CT") on March 18, 2004 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT , May 13, 2004 , (the "Promotion Period").

5. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a. To enter online: Go to http://www.enterprise.com , http://www.seaworld.com , or http://www.buschgardens.com and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit : one (1) entry per person per email address during the Promotion Period. Bonus Entries: Following your initial entry into the Sweepstakes, you will have the option to refer up to five (5) friends (by providing their names and email addresses) to Sponsor, each of whom will be sent an email on your behalf. For each valid referral you make, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

b. To enter by mail : Hand print (or type) your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address (if any), and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail it in a hand or typed addressed envelope to “Enterprise Family Reunion Adventure Sweepstakes”, c/o ePrize, P.O. Box 2300 , Farmington Hills , MI 48333-2300. LIMIT: one (1) card per separately mailed envelope and six (6) total entries via this method of entry. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 13, 2004 and received by the close of business on May 19, 2004 . All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Limit six (6) entries via any method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period.

6. Drawings : A random drawing of winners from amongst all eligible entries received will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about May 20, 2004 . The drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on Sponsor's behalf by Administrator whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final. All entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.

7. Prizes . Grand Prize : One winner will win a Family Reunion Trip for up to One Hundred (100) people at a Busch Gardens® or SeaWorld® Adventure Park . The Grand Prize includes up to fifty (50) hotel rooms, each for two (2) nights stay (double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor's choosing, up to One Hundred (100) one-day admissions (all must be used same day at the same park) to one of the following Theme Parks: SeaWorld® Orlando, SeaWorld® San Diego, SeaWorld® San Antonio, Busch Gardens® Williamsburg or Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay, a catered meal for up to 100 people at the selected Theme Park (no alcohol), up to One Hundred (100) customized t-shirts with the family name (size XL only) , Twenty-Five (25) disposable cameras, Two (2) banners customized with a family name , a professional family photo (with up to twenty-five (25) prints), and a $5,000 travel allowance. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package is $20,000 (“Grand Prize Package”) . Saturday night stay and twenty-one (21) day advance reservation required. Grand Prize Package is subject to availability of lodging at the time of booking. All expenses not expressly stated in the Grand Prize Package, including by way of example and not by limitation, air, train, bus or other ground transportation in any respect, hotel incidentals, security fees, passport fees, travel visas, meals, gratuities, phone calls, excursions, or insurance are the sole responsibility of winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner's travel companions each must sign a Liability/Publicity Release (if a travel companion is a minor, the signature of a parent or legal guardian will be required). Grand Prize Package must be redeemed by December 31, 2005 or Grand Prize Package will be forfeited. First Prize : Twenty (20) winners will each win one (1) Family Reunion Kit consisting of up to Twenty-Five (25) t-shirts customized with the family name (size XL only), One (1) banner customized with the family name, Ten (10) disposable cameras, and One (1) Enterprise Rent-a-Car cooler. ARV of each First Prize Kit: $599.00. The total value of all prizes to be given away is $31,980.00. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute another prize or prize component of comparable or greater value.

8. Tax Information: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

9. Publicity : Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions : Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release : By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, Busch Entertainment, ePrize, each of their parent, subsidiary and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Limitations of Liability : Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.

13. Disputes : Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Michigan (Eastern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

14. Entrant's Personal Information : Information collected from entrants is subject to the ePrize Privacy Policy ( http://www.eprize.net/privacy_policy.html ) and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy ( http://www.enterprise.com/about/privacyPolicy.html . ).

15. Winners List : Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Enterprise Family Reunion Sweepstakes^sm Winners/Rules”, c/o ePrize, LLC., P.O. Box 9052 , Farmington Hills , MI 48333-9052 , U.S.A. Requests must be received by July 16, 2004 . Vermont residents may omit return postage.
