DEPOSIT AND AUTOMATIC RENTAL CHARGES

On the day of your reservation, when you arrive at the designated Enterprise location, you will need to present your valid driver's license, $250 refundable security deposit (debit or credit card) and authorize an automatic weekly withdrawal of rental charges from your Uber earnings account.

GET THE CAR AND START DRIVING

Enterprise will give you the keys to your qualified vehicle and will then submit the required documents to Uber before you leave. The team from Uber will then have you activated with your Enterprise rental and driving within 2 hours. LIABILITY & DAMAGE PROTECTION

Liability protection is included in the rental. The amount of protection is dependent on the stage of use; see infographic below for more information. Rentals also include physical damage protection for damage in excess of $1,000 via physical damage protection afforded by Enterprise or Uber’s commercial insurance policy see infographic below for more information. Thus, in the event of an accident, if you are found to be at-fault, the most you will pay for damage to the car is $1,000. (Subject to compliance with the rental agreement terms and conditions, and if the rental vehicle is not being used for hire with any other service.)

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE?

Must be approved to drive on Uber, including passing a background check. Must be at least 25 years of age. Must possess a current, valid driver's license. Must have a valid credit or debit card. Must be in good standing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and authorize automatic rental charges from weekly Uber earnings.

WHERE ARE VEHICLES AVAILABLE?

Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, New Orleans, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. Check back often as we will be adding additional locations in the weeks ahead.

HOW DO I GET A CAR?

Agree to the Uber Vehicle Solutions Program here (https://partners.uber.com/financing_dash/) , and then visit enterprise.com/uber and make a reservation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The approved Uber Driver-Partner rate is $215 per week + taxes and applicable fees. In addition, a $40 nonrefundable startup fee applies to the first week’s rental. Rate only applies for rental transactions in approved location(s). Rate does not include applicable taxes, fees, fuel costs or other charges that may be incurred during the rental period, all of which are payable by Renter. Rate reflects a discount from Enterprise’s standard TNC Rate available in the applicable market. Minimum rental age of 25. Rental requires a $250 refundable deposit, valid driver’s license, ACH Payment Authorization, good standing qualification as an Uber driver-partner, payment of a $40 nonrefundable Quick Start Fee and other conditionals of rental. Rate includes unlimited mileage. Other terms and conditions may apply.

HOW MANY MILES ARE INCLUDED?

All Uber Driver-Partner vehicles include unlimited mileage.

WHAT IS NEEDED AT TIME OF RENTAL?

Qualified Uber driver partners with an advanced reservation booked at one of Enterprise’s Uber rental locations must bring their valid credit or debit card and driver’s license. Enterprise will collect $250 at the time of rental and have renters agree to having their rental bill deducted from their weekly Uber earnings. After returning the rental, Enterprise will refund the $250 deposit less any outstanding rental charges, within 30 days.

WHAT IF I DON’T DRIVE ENOUGH TO COVER MY RENTAL CHARGES?

No problem. When you pick up your vehicle, Enterprise will take your valid credit or debit card to place on file. In the event of a difference, Enterprise will automatically charge the outstanding balance to the card on file.

WHAT VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE?

We have low-mileage mid-size cars, included but not limited to Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Hyundai Elantra, Chevy Cruze, Ford Focus, Dodge Dart, and Honda Civic. You can choose from all the qualified vehicles on the lot at the time of pick-up.

HOW DO I RETURN THE VEHICLE?

After a week, just bring the rental vehicle back during business hours to the location where you picked it up. No need to call in advance!

HOW LONG MAY I KEEP THE VEHICLE?

Your rental agreement is for a minimum of one week (7 days). If you remain in good standing with both Enterprise and Uber, you can continue to drive the car under your existing rental agreement for up to four weeks (28 days). Need a car longer than four weeks (28 days)? No problem. Before your rental agreement expires, return the rental vehicle to the designated Enterprise branch during normal business hours for an inspection and mileage check. Enterprise will get you back on the road.

WHAT ABOUT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE?

Manufacturer-recommended maintenance is covered. Return the vehicle to your designated Enterprise location and it will be taken care of for you. Not near the designated Enterprise location? Call Enterprise and you will be directed to a nearby authorized provider — at no cost to you.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR ANOTHER RENTAL?

Absolutely. If you are in good standing with Enterprise and you’re still a qualified Uber driver partner, you can book another reservation anytime.

WHAT IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT?

Accidents happen. Simply call the location where you picked up your rental vehicle and inform Enterprise about the incident. The Claims Representative responsible for handling your claim may contact you for additional information. See above for vehicle coverage details.
