Rental Policies

The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is 1. Additional drivers fee - 15.00 AED per day inclusive of VAT. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.

Station counter is operational 24/7 to service car rental pickups and returns.

Minimum rental age - 21 years.  Maximum rental age - 65 years. There is no young drivers surcharge. 10 percent of insurance claim is to be borne by renters aged below 25 years at the time of accident if the driver is at fault.

It is not permitted to cross the UAE border.
Please be advised that it is not permitted to take 4 x 4s off road.

CDW - Collision Damage Waiver provides excess coverage for damage applied to the body of the rental vehicle. It does not cover damage to tires, windshields or the underbody of the vehicle during the rental. A daily premium fee which ranges from 20.00 to 100.00 AED depending on the car group rented is applicable for CDW. If CDW is waived the renter will be responsible for an excess/deductible of 3000.00 AED in cases of damage caused to the rental vehicle.  In the case of an accident it is a mandatory requirement in line with the laws of UAE to ensure a police report is obtained and sent with any claim to be valid.

One-ways are permitted within UAE only. A drop charge may apply for some one-way rentals. This charge is quoted at the time of reservation.

Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition.
Should be the rental vehicle be returned with less than a full tank of fuel a refueling fee based on the market rate of fuel and an additional 25 percent service fee of the refuel will apply.

If selected and paid for, PAI Personal Accident Insurance provides Renter and Renters passengers with Accidental Death, Accident Medical Expenses and Ambulance Expense benefits. A daily premium of 10.00 AED for all groups applies.

All major credit cards are accepted – Amex, MasterCard, Visa. Traveller cheques are accepted.. Vouchers are accepted. Cash payments are accepted but only at the time of rental return and with a supporting credit card. A credit card is always required for deposits, and the deposit is held on the card until the vehicle is returned. The deposit required is 3,000.00 AED and is taken to cover any excess or refueling charges that may occur. Credit cards must be valid for a minimum of six months from the time that they are presented at the counter.

Roadside assistance is provided by the rental location on behalf of Enterprise.  Roadside assistance is available 24-7 by calling the number displayed in the rental car windscreen sticker. This service is free of charge. Roadside Assistance includes mechanical assistance, towing, replacement car, lockouts, lost keys and pickups. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. Roadside Assistance service does not cover breakdowns outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Any valid driving license acceptable apart from those with endorsements and penalties. Drivers must be in possession of a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year. Visitors from UK, USA, France, Japan, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Norway, Canada, Poland, Korea, Finland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Romania, Korea, Turkey, Hong long, Singapore, China Hungary, Latvian, Lithuania, Portugal, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Greece, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar are allowed to drive in the UAE with their local valid driving license. An international driving permit is required for visitors from any other country. UAE Driving License is required for renters holding UAE Residence Visa. Any visitors on a work visa must ensure that they have the required residence visa and meet the previous requirement before they will be able to rent. For Abu Dhabi Airport: Upon arrival, all customers will be met in the arrivals hall by a uniformed member of staff holding a branded board clearly displaying the customer's name. If the customer is unable to find the member of staff they can phone our 24-hour mobile number: 00971 50458 0537. Customers presenting a fully valid driving license (original and photocopy), their passport and a valid credit card will be able to complete their full rental check out in the airport parking area. Alternatively, or if no photocopy of the driving license is available the customer can be driven to their destination or the Enterprise office whereby appropriate copies can be made. Please note Abu Dhabi Airport is an off-airport location serviced by the downtown location and a flight number is mandatory for the meet and greet service to be provided and a credit card needs to be entered at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Third Party Liability Coverage limits are AED 3,500,000 in respect of Third Party property damage and unlimited for Third Party Bodily Injury.
