Devolución fuera del horario de atención
Los vehículos se pueden devolver fuera del horario de atención de esta oficina de alquiler. Estaciona el vehículo en un espacio de estacionamiento seguro designado en el nivel -4 de la zona de estacionamiento Q Park, en el área J. Asegúrate de que el vehículo esté cerrado con llave y de haber recogido todas tus pertenencias personales antes de dejarlo. Deja las llaves en el buzón de devolución. El buzón se encuentra a la derecha de la puerta de la oficina. No se aplican cargos adicionales por las devoluciones fuera del horario de atención. Ten en cuenta que si tu devolución fuera del horario de atención no se ha acordado previamente con la sucursal, es posible que se aplique una tarifa de estacionamiento de €50. La responsabilidad del arrendatario por el vehículo y cargos por alquiler finalizan cuando un empleado inspecciona el vehículo el siguiente día laboral.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. The maximum age to rent is 80. Renters between the age of 18 and 24 may rent all categories except Full Size, Premium, Luxury and Special. No additional fees apply to young drivers.

Vehicles can be driven in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the Vatican (Area 1). Any islands are excluded from cross border travels. Travels to Norway and Sweden are only permitted between 1st May and 30th September. On request vehicles may also be driven in Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia (Area 2).
Standard, Fullsize, Premium, Luxury & Special vehicles as well as the brands Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen are not permitted to go into Area 2. A surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day excl. VAT (21%) will apply for all cross border travels to Area 2. Prior authorization to leave the country with the vehicle is not required except when traveling to countries in Area 2. Driving the vehicle into any unauthorized country without prior authorization is a breach of contract and will require the customer to pay for all recovery expenses.

Collision Damage Waiver And Theft Protection (CDWTP) is an optional coverage which reduces liability in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. If purchased or included in the rate the deductible for the car categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard and Full-Size is 900 EUR, for the car categories Full Size SUV, Premium and Luxury is 1200 EUR and for Special vehicle category is 3000 EUR.
This product only covers damages to the body of the vehicle. It does not cover roof, tires, or windows, broken/loss of keys, or contamination of fuel. Damage to the underbody and/or roof due to collision with bridges, tunnels, overhanging structures, etc. is excluded from the damage cover unless a force majeure can be proved.
Before purchasing CDWTP it is advisable to determine if the renter personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage, or impound fees. If CDWTP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDWTP is not insurance.

For all reservations, there is a lead time of 1 hour from the time the booking is made before it is confirmed. All vehicles will be held for up to half an hour after the scheduled pick-up time during opening hours. If you are running late, please contact the branch to make them aware.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route, and car category. For all one-way rentals (domestic or international) authorization must be obtained either prior to arrival or at the rental counter. If the hirer returns the vehicle one way without authorization or returns the vehicle to any other location than the return location reflected on their rental agreement, an additional repatriation fee will be charged. Unauthorized international one-way drop-offs will incur a repatriation fee of €1200 (excluding VAT), in addition to the applicable standard one-way fee. Domestic one-way drop-offs are available between rental branches in the Netherlands. International one-way drop-offs are possible at selected Airports branches in Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg only.

All-season tires are available to purchase at time of pick-up on a limited number of car categories between 1 November and 31 March for a daily charge of 21,00 Euro and maximum 210,00 Euro per rental. In cases of loss or damage a replacement fee of up to 3500,00 Euro applies. If travelling cross border all-season tires may be a legal requirement. Please check with the rental branch at time of rental.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name and must be valid for the duration of the rental. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), travellers checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment.

A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental, or in the case of pre-paid reservations, a security deposit plus the total amount of ancillaries purchased at the counter. For Luxury and Special vehicles two major credit cards in the main driver's name are required for security purposes. The deposit amounts based on vehicle category and protection products selected/included are listed below:

These amounts will be held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned and the final rental charge is debited. Any charges for damages, fines, taxes, penalties and the related administration fees accrued during the rental period will also be debited from the credit card after the return of the vehicle.

Si la licencia de conducir está escrita en un idioma y con caracteres diferentes de los del país de alquiler, también se requerirá un permiso de conducir internacional. Se aconseja a los arrendatarios que comprueben si las autoridades locales requieren que los conductores extranjeros presenten un permiso de conducir internacional para evitar el riesgo de posibles multas. Los arrendatarios con licencias de países que no forman parte del Acuerdo de permisos de conducir internacionales deben llevar una traducción certificada.

Todos los vehículos de la flota de Enterprise están asegurados contra lesiones corporales o daños a la propiedad que usted pueda ocasionar a terceros como resultado de un accidente en el que participe el vehículo. Los montos de esta cobertura de responsabilidad están disponibles a pedido. Particularmente, debe cumplir con la regla que tiene que ver con los destinos permitidos, como se establece en las condiciones generales de alquiler de automóvil de Enterprise Rent-A-Car NL, para recibir el beneficio total de las disposiciones del seguro.
