All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 5.00 EUR per day applies.
 

After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.

After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located at the rental desk inside the airport arrivals hall. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter's responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 23. There is no maximum rental age. Renters between the age of 18 and 21 may rent all categories except Passenger Vans. A young driver fee of 4.28 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 18 and 21.

Vehicles can be driven in Estonia and Lithuania only. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are not permitted. A cross-border fee of 49.00 EUR per border applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of collision to the bodywork of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. CDW is available for purchase, if not included in the booking. If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amounts are as follows:

Economy: 900 EUR
Compact: 1000 EUR
Intermediate: 1100 EUR
Standard, Passenger Van: 1400 EUR

Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged. CDW is not insurance.

Delivery and Collection service is available to Hotels in the center of Riga, Riga Old Town, Jurmala, Riga Ferry Harbor, Riga Railway Station and Riga Bus Station during main office hours at a charge of 20.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per delivery or collection.

Deliveries and Collections outside city limits or over 10 kilometers in distance upon renter request will cost an additional 0.75 EUR (incl. VAT) per kilometer.

Todos los alquileres en los que el vehículo no se devolvió a la misma oficina en que se recogió estarán sujetos a una tarifa unidireccional. La tarifa unidireccional varía según la categoría de auto, la oficina y la fecha de recogida. La cantidad exacta de la tarifa unidireccional se mostrará durante el proceso de reserva en el momento de ingresar las fechas, la ruta deseada y la categoría de auto.

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. As a customer you have a choice of how you pay for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay the rental company at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. For missing fuel there is a refuelling service fee of 37.50 EUR and fuel is charged at 2.80 EUR per litre.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid extra fuel charges.

An administration fee of 50 EUR per incident applies to all traffic violations, parking fines, speeding offences or damage cases. Loss of vehicle keys will incur will be a replacement fee of 400 EUR. Loss of car registration documents will result in a replacement fee of 200 EUR. If a customer smokes in the vehicle there is a penalty of 250 EUR. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, there will be a cleaning fee of up to 250 EUR.
 

All major credit cards, issued by either Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 700 EUR for the categories Economy, 800 EUR for the categories Compact, 900 EUR for the categories Intermediate, and 1100 EUR for the categories Standard and Passenger Van.

Enterprise ofrece protección de asistencia en carretera (Roadside Assistance Protection, RAP) en algunas sucursales. La RAP permite a los clientes renunciar a la responsabilidad financiera por incidentes en ruta que tengan un costo asociado, como la imposibilidad de entrar al vehículo, fallas técnicas del vehículo, remolque o automóvil de sustitución. La RAP se puede agregar por 2.48 EUR más IVA por día.
La cobertura de la RAP no incluye lo siguiente: pinchadura de llanta, entrega de combustible, sustitución de llaves.
La RAP no tiene validez si, al momento del incidente que necesita asistencia, el arrendatario o los conductores adicionales infringen el contrato de alquiler. En tales casos, la asistencia en carretera estará disponible, pero se aplicarán cargos estándar.
Las sucursales de alquiler de Enterprise no proporcionan asistencia en carretera directa al arrendatario. La asistencia es proporcionada por un concesionario de automóviles en nombre de Enterprise. La RAP está disponible durante el horario de trabajo de la sucursal llamando al 371 29338899. La asistencia en carretera fuera de Letonia también se puede obtener llamando al 371 29338899, pero no está incluida dentro del paquete de la RAP y está sujeta a cargos adicionales. 

All drivers must present a full valid driving license. All renters must provide a valid photo ID such as a passport or ID card. A valid credit card in the renter's name must also be presented upon collection of the vehicle.
An international driving permit is required for all customers who hold a non-European driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.
 

Límite de cobertura de la protección de responsabilidad civil suplementaria, responsabilidad civil ante terceros: lesiones o muerte de terceros hasta 5,000,000 EUR y daños a la propiedad de terceros hasta 1,000,000 EUR. No existe una cantidad mínima específica de cobertura para esta póliza de seguro, ya que cada caso se investiga de forma individual.
