Car Rental Delivery FAQs

We will contact you 24-48 hours before your scheduled delivery to confirm the delivery location and make secure arrangements for keys at delivery and return. Please confirm your contact information is up to date for communication updates. 

In Houston and Dallas, a flat delivery fee applies in addition to the cost of your reservation. 

You don't need to visit the branch! Enterprise new car rental delivery service works both ways. We will contact you within 24 hours of your reservation ending to coordinate pickup.

Check your nearest delivery branch page for available inventory, which can include cars, vans, SUVs, trucks and exotic vehicles depending on local inventory. 

To use our delivery service, you must be an Enterprise Plus or National Emerald Club member with a credit card on file OR complete Check In at least 1 hour prior to your selected delivery time. Not an Enterprise Plus member? Sign up today.

To take advantage of our delivery service, a major credit card is required. If you would prefer to pay with a debit card, you can pick up your vehicle at the Enterprise location nearest you. Additional documentation may be needed.

Yes! Enterprise will always pick customers up and take them to a neighborhood branch location within 10 miles to retrieve a reservation if requested. With our new program in the Dallas and Houston areas, we will deliver the car to you – no need to go to the branch.
