Yerevan Zvartnots Intl. Airport (EVN) Car Rental

Additional Driver is available at a cost of 1670.00 AMD (3.50 USD) per day price with a maximum per rental cost of 11690.00 AMD (24.50 USD). Additional Drivers must be at least 21 years old and in a possession of valid driving license and passport as well as comply with other terms and conditions.

Minimum rental age is 21, maximum is 79. There is no young driver fee.

Cross-Border Travel:
Cross-border travel between Armenia and Georgia is available, but it comes with an additional cost of 90 USD (35,000 AMD) per rental. Please note that starting from the 1st of October 2023, there have been changes in cross-border regulations between Armenia and Georgia.

New Cross-Border Regulations:
To comply with the new regulations, renters are required to disclose their intent to travel across the border at least 48-72 hours before the rental. This disclosure should include the renter's driving license and passport information. The Rental Agency needs this information to issue a notarial authorization. Please send the following details to our branch inbox (Operations@ehiglobal.am) and wait for a response to confirm your cross border validation has been completed. It is important to mention that if the renter fails to disclose their intention to travel cross-border without proper authorization, they will not be allowed to enter Georgian territory.

Authorization and Insurance in Georgia:
The Rental Agency will provide the necessary authorization along with insurance coverage while in the territory of Georgia. However, it's important to be aware that there is a compulsory third-party insurance requirement imposed by the Georgian authorities. This insurance can be obtained at the Georgian border and typically costs around 10 USD (4,000 AMD) for a period of 10-15 days.

Penalty for Failing to Obtain Georgian Insurance:
If the renter fails to obtain the mandatory Georgian insurance, a penalty of 125 USD (50,000 AMD) will be applied. Please note that all fees quoted include VAT.

Delivery and Collection is available with an extra charge. Any delivery within Yerevan has a fixed amount of 4200.00 AMD (10.00 USD). For deliveries and collections outside of the city limits but within 300 km a fee of 250.00 AMD (0.50 USD) per km is applied. Deliveries and collections further than 300 km will incur an extra 24000.00 AMD (50.00 USD) fee plus the additional km rate. These rates are exclusive of VAT. To arrange delivery and collection service customers are encouraged to contact the branch or forward a request via email.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

Refueling: All vehicles are delivered with full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel the renter will be required to pay the difference at a rate of 1.50 USD per litre inclusive of VAT.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa, ARCA and MIR are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name and must be valid for at least one month after the drop-off date. Digital cards, traveler checks, prepaid cards and debit cards are not accepted as methods of payment. Cash and debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental.

A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental.
The deposit is 200000 AMD for categories Mini, Economy and Compact and 250000 AMD for all remaining categories.

The deposit will be held for a period of up to 21 days after your hire period. If using a payment source registered outside of Armenia, this location cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in the currency exchanges while the deposit is being held.
After 21 days, the issuing bank will automatically release the deposit amount, provided that there are no post-hire charges. If the deposit is not returned to your card within this period, we recommend that you seek further assistance from the card-issuing bank.

Standard roadside assistance is included in the rates.  If customers have a breakdown or accident they will receive roadside assistance from our technical department. The 24/7 contact numbers are: 0037499376060 and 0037443376060. Other roadside services like flat tire, jump start, fuel delivery, loss of keys or lock services are available upon request with an extra charge according to the agency price list.
Roadside assistance is also available 24/7 in and outside of Armenia. Should customers face problems within the territory of Armenia a 250.00 AMD (0.50 USD) fee per km applies depending on the distance between Yerevan and the location of the rental vehicle requiring roadside assistance. The same rule and fee applies for roadside assistance in the territory of Georgia with the per km fee based on the distance between our Tbilisi office and rental vehicle location.

At the time of rental pickup renter must be in a possession of a valid driving license for over 1 year, passport and credit card as well as comply with the terms and conditions. International driving license is required for US citizens as well as some other countries where local driving licenses are not in Latin letters.
