Rental Policies

There will be an additional charge of 19.90 EUR per day and 39.80 EUR max per rental for each additional authorized driver. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All fees quoted include VAT.

After hours pickups- are available at this location. Advance notice of 24 hours applies. There is no after-hours fee. After hour returns- Customers should return the rental car to the rental car parking at Tallinn Airport. Car keys and documents should be dropped into the key-box located at the in Terminal rental counter office.

All renters and additional drivers must be 19 or older. The young driver fee for drivers between the ages of 19 and 20 is 3.50 EUR per day plus VAT for all car groups. Maximum driving age is 75.

Cross-border travel is only permitted into Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland, an additional fee will apply. The renter is forbidden to drive outside the borders of Estonia without the rental agency's prior written approval - authorized countries should be marked on the rental agreement and cross border fees paid. A penalty fee of 1200.00 EUR will apply in cases where the rental vehicle has been driven in countries not permitted for cross border travel. All costs associated with recovering the rental vehicle and a 1200.00 EUR penalty fee will apply for the unauthorized drop of the rental vehicle in a country prohibited for cross-border travel. Please note that for cross border travel into Finland and Poland, there is both a one time cross border fee, as well as a daily fee charged. Depending on the season, cross border travel to Poland could be limited due to tire safety requirements.

Collision Damage Waiver is included with the rental rates as per default. CDW coverage reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of a single case of damage to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws.  This insurance product does not include damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle. It is available for an additional fee of 5.00 EUR per day plus VAT and reduces the excess for damage of the vehicle to 1100.00 EUR.

International one way rentals are available at an additional cost:
Tallinn - Riga Airport, Riga City office (Latvia) - 135.00 EUR plus VAT
Tallinn - Vilnius Airport, Vilnius City office, Kaunas Airport, Palanga Airport (Lithuania) - 260.00 EUR plus VAT.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition.  If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel a refueling charge per missing litre of fuel at a rate of  2.80 EUR will apply. Prepaid fuel option is available upon request. Please ask station staff at the time of rental for information about prepaid fuel and pricing.

Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted as payment for rentals and upon reservation.

Deposits: Customers should present valid credit card in his/her own name for security deposit authorization purposes. The deposit amount will cover 1100 EUR and the cost of a full tank of fuel.

The deposit is blocked during the rental period and unblocked in 7-10 days after the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition at the time of rental pickup (no damage, full tank of fuel and no traffic fines or penalties).

Enterprise offers Roadside Assistance in Estonia. The service is conducted by the Tallinn office and is available 24 hours a day by calling 372 5166261. Roadside Assistance is free inside normal working hours for  vehicle breakdowns not caused by driver negligence or in violation of the rental agreement.  In cases where the renter and  authorized drivers are in violation of the rental agreement charges for the Roadside Assistance and vehicle recovery will apply. These charges will include all expenses to tow or transport the damaged vehicle back to the Tallinn rental location and any additional charges depending on the reason of breakdown. In the case of accidents in which the renter is not responsible and or additional coverage was taken the towing or transportation expenses of the damaged vehicle to the Tallinn rental location is covered by Third Party Liability insurance.  For out of hours service 1800 - 0900 a fee of 30 Euro plus VAT will apply. Roadside Assistance abroad is provided with the same conditions as in Estonia but additional expenses for towing and vehicle recovery back to the Tallinn rental location will apply.

All drivers, renter and additional drivers, must produce a valid driving license at the time of rental. In addition to a valid driving license, the renter must also produce ID card or passport and a major credit card in his or her own name. Multiple part driving license holders must produce all parts of their license. An international driving permit is required for anyone holding a non-European driving license. Additional ID or further identification checks may be requested if deemed necessary. This may include an identity check with external partners who may check details supplied against databases to which they have access.

Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Liability coveragage limits for third party bodily injury or death is 5,600,000 EUR and for third party property damage, 1,200,000 EUR. There is no specific minimum coverage amount for this insurance policy as ever case is investigated individually.
