Rental Policies

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter, present their driver's license, and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers can only be added to the contract at the start of the rental at the pick-up location. An additional driver fee of 10.00 USD per day applies.

After-Hours Pick-up:

This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must email the branch at customer.service@enterprise.vc to arrange a pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. No additional charges apply for pick-ups outside the opening hours.

After-Hours Return:

Currently, returns outside the opening hours are not offered at this location.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. The maximum age to rent is 75. Renters between the age of 21 and 24 may rent all categories except Premium or luxury sedans, and Standard SUV's or larger. A young driver fee of 20.00 USD per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24.

Vehicles cannot be driven in any other country . Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted but are restricted to the sovereign state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage, theft and the loss of the vehicle after the deductible, unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement. A deductible of up to 1,500.00 USD will apply, depending on the size of vehicle.  CDW-TP is included in all Protection Packages. Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside St. Vincent and the Grenadines do not provide coverage in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance coverage. The renter should contact their insurance company prior to arrival with any questions regarding their specific coverage. Further, if the renter declines both CDW-TP and APP, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to, loss, or theft of the vehicle.

This location offers a collection and delivery service to all customers. Vehicles can only be delivered and collected during the operating hours of the location. Deliveries and collections are possible within a 5 mile radius of the rental location. No charge applies for the delivery and collection service. Customers must email the branch at customer.service@enterprise.vc to arrange a delivery or collection.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Deductible Protection (DP), and Roadside Assistance Plus (RSP) at a discounted price. Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is not insurance. The purchase of EPP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase EPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement. EPP Does not cover damage to tires. No deductible applies.

As a customer, you can choose how to pay for fuel when returning the vehicle.
 

Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations:

You may refuel the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental.

If you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price. A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed.

You may refuel the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental. If you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price.

You may opt to prepay for fuel. Prepay gives you two conveniences:

  • You can avoid the hassle of refueling the vehicle before returning.

  • You will be charged for the full tank of fuel upfront at a lower rate than the local fuel price and you can return the vehicle empty.

Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon/liter. Local fuel rates will vary by the area in which you are renting a vehicle.

All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), prepaid cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. Debit cards can be used at the start of the rental, if flight departure and arrival information is provided. Debit cards can also be used at the end of the rental to pay for any outstanding balances.  A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 500 USD for all vehicle categories. The deposit amount may be used toward damages to the vehicle or late charges.

Roadside Protection (RAP) is available 24/7 at no extra cost if selected and paid for at the time of rental.RAP includes towing (not related to an accident), flat tire service and towing (if no inflated spare is available), and lockout service (if keys are locked inside the vehicle). Additionally, jumpstarts and fuel delivery service for up to 5 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel are also provided. Tire damage beyond repair resulting from driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter. RAP does not include the replacement of lost keys including remote entry devices. The cost for a replacement key will be added to the rental agreement. Roadside protection is also available without payment of this flat-rate fee. It will then be billed according to the actual costs incurred for each assistance service rendered. Roadside Protection is an optional product. Before purchasing customers are advised to check if personal coverage is adequate.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid passport. Local renters may present a passport or another government-issued photo ID. A valid debit or credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Renters who do not reside in the country of rental must provide proof of return travel and accommodation information.

Third Party Liability (TPL) is included in the Time and Mileage rate. TPL provides you with up to $250,000 XCD for bodily injury and up to $500,000 XCD for property damage. This meets or exceeds the minimum financial responsibility limits, at no additional charge to you, as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is rented.  TPL coverage is subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.
