What you need to know.

Whether you’ve just enrolled, or you’re just about to enroll, this is where you’ll find important information and practical tips on using Subscribe with Enterprise*.

Making a Reservation

Call us at 844-563-4292 between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CST seven days a week. A dedicated Subscription Specialist will assist you, whether you’re making your first reservation or scheduling a swap. We’re here to help.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Subscriber ID #
  • Pickup and drop-off location(s)
  • Dates
  • Preferred car class

GOOD TO KNOW

Allow up to 3 business days to pick up your vehicle after making a reservation. You can pick up and drop off vehicles at participating Enterprise locations within the state where you are a Subscriber. Be sure fuel levels are the same at pickup and drop-off to avoid any fuel charges. Up to 4 swaps and 3,000 miles are included per month. 

Maintenance

As a Subscribe with Enterprise member, you'll drive hassle-free.  We handle routine and preventative maintenance to help make sure your vehicle is running properly.

GOOD TO KNOW
On occasion, you may be asked to return your vehicle for maintenance or other service-related reasons. If this happens, we’ll provide an alternate vehicle.

Accidents, Damage & Repairs

Your safety is important to us, and we hope you never experience an accident or damage to your vehicle. But if you do, we want to help you be prepared.

WHAT TO DO
Call 844-563-4292 to report the accident or issue. If the vehicle is safe to drive, schedule a time to drop it off and pick up another vehicle. If the vehicle is not operable, please call us and we will dispatch our 24-hour roadside assistance.

YOUR COVERAGE

Subscribe with Enterprise includes physical damage protection and liability coverage.*

Physical Damage Protection* You’re responsible for the first $1,000 of damage, and we cover the remaining damage to or loss of the vehicle. 

Liability Protection* We cover you and one Authorized Driver*, up to the following limits per accident:

  • $100,000 for bodily injury or death to one individual
  • $300,000 for bodily injury or death to more than one individual
  • $50,000 for injury to or destruction of property

Payments

Subscribe with Enterprise provides a monthly auto-renewing subscription service for which you will be automatically billed each month.

Upon enrollment, you will be charged an enrollment fee, a monthly subscription fee for the first calendar month of the subscription and estimated taxes. Each month thereafter, you will be charged the next month’s subscription fee and estimated taxes, along with any other fees and violations incurred during the previous month.

GOOD TO KNOW
After your initial payment, which is charged at enrollment, payments are processed on the 20th of each month. You can change your method of payment by contacting us at 844-563-4292

Cancelling Your Subscription

Your subscription may not be cancelled until two full calendar months have passed since the start of your subscription, after which you may cancel by using the cancellation method described below.

WHAT TO DO

  • Email subscribe@erac.com from the email address you provided when you enrolled.
  • Include your Subscriber ID # and confirm that you want to cancel.
