How can I get a copy of my rental car receipt?
Please note: Receipts are only available online for six months, beginning 48 hours after you have returned the vehicle.
If you cannot locate your receipt, it is always a good idea to:
- Verify that your driver's license number is correct
- Verify that your name was spelled correctly
- Review your rental contract and confirm the license number on the contract and the name on the contract matches your entry
If you reserved your vehicle via a 3rd Party you will need to obtain your receipt directly from that 3rd Party.
If your rental took place more than six months ago, or if you are still unable to locate your receipt, please call 1 (855) 266-9565 to speak with a Customer Service Specialist, or contact the renting branch directly.
