THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE PROVIDED HERE.THE ENTERPRISE COUNTER IS LOCATED IN A SEPARATE HALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF PARKING C IN FRONT OF THE TERMINALS, IT IS OFFICIAL LOCATION FOR INTERNATIONAL RENT A CAR COMPANIES. WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE TERMINALS TO THE COUNTER IS APPROXIMATELY 70 METERS.

Rental Policies

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers can be added at any rental location and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 36.30 EUR (incl. VAT) per rental applies.

This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. An additional charge of 60.50 EUR (incl. VAT) applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours. Please proceed to the rental counter at the arranged time to collect your rental.
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in the designated rental vehicle return area. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before placing the keys in the drop box. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle during branch opening hours. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours.

Renters aged 21-23 may rent the Mini, Economy and Compact categories only. The minimum age requirement for all other categories is 24. A young driver fee of 36.30 EUR (incl. VAT) per rental period applies for all renters aged 21-24 at time of pick-up.

Outside of Czech Republic, vehicles can be driven in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, France, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Luxembourg only. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle. Outside of the Czech Republic, the renter is responsible for the vehicle’s compliance with local road laws, vehicle standards, compulsory equipment, and vehicle requirements. The customer is also responsible for paying any applicable toll or vignette when travelling abroad.

Cross border fee 1 of 35 EUR without VAT / 42,35 EUR with VAT per 30-day period allows the renter to travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland and Austria only.

Cross border fee 2 of 60 EUR without VAT / 72,60 EUR per 30-day period allows the renter to travel to Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovenia, and Switzerland. This fee also permits travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland and Austria and is charged solely and not in addition to Cross border fee 1.

Cross border fee 3 of 100 EUR without VAT / 121 EUR per 30-day period allows the renter to travel to Italy, Croatia, France and Denmark. This fee also permits travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovenia, and Switzerland and is charged solely and not in addition to Cross border fee 1 and Cross border fee 2.

Cross border fee 4 of 300 EUR without VAT / 363 EUR per 30-day period allows the renter to travel to Spain and Sweden. This fee also permits travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, France and Denmark and is charged solely and not in addition to Cross border fee 1, Cross border fee 2 and Cross border fee 3.

Cross border fee 5 of 350 EUR without VAT / 423,50 EUR per 30-day period allows the renter to travel to Portugal and Norway. This fee also permits travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, France, Denmark, Spain and Sweden and is charged solely and not in addition to Cross border fee 1, Cross border fee 2, Cross border fee 3 and Cross border fee 4.

Unauthorized cross border travels will result in a breach of contract and incur a fee of 1210 EUR (incl. VAT).

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of damage to the bodywork, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. If not included in the booking, CDW is an optional coverage available for purchase.

If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amount is 1000 EUR for all car classes. Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged/stolen.

Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine, if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as pick-up will be subject to a one-way fee. Domestic and international one-way rentals are permitted to selected locations and must be pre-booked or authorized at the time of pick-up. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact price of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. As a customer you have a choice of how you pay for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per litre will be stated on the rental agreement and an additional administration fee of 10.90 EUR (incl. VAT) is applicable.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid extra fuel charges.

All major credit cards, issued by either VISA, MasterCard, American Express of Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Prepaid cards, cash, checks and debit cards are not accepted. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit amount is 400 EUR for all car classes. Failure to provide a credit card in the renter’s name with sufficient available funds will lead to a refusal of rental.

Roadside Protection is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. Roadside Protection covers the costs of on-site assistance and towing (if the issue cannot be resolved on-site). The Roadside assistance services are available daily from 8am to 8pm within the territory of the Czech Republic only.

Roadside Protection does not cover misfuelling, replacement vehicle keys or running out of fuel. You must adhere to all rental terms and conditions to receive the benefit of Roadside Assistance Protection.

In cases of rental vehicle mechanical failure through no fault of the renter, Roadside Assistance will be provided at no cost to all renters. This service will include a tow and a replacement vehicle.

Roadside protection does not cover reimbursement for any assistance and/or similar services, which the customer has arranged themselves with an external (third party) provider.

All drivers must present a full valid driving license. All renters must also provide a valid photo ID such as a passport or EU ID card. A valid credit card in the renter's name with sufficient available funds, must be presented upon collection of the vehicle.
If the driving license is issued by a country outside the European Union, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Customers with licenses from countries who are not members of the European Union and have not acceded, seceded or ratified the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic or the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic are not able to rent a vehicle.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.

Supplemental Liability Protection (Third Party Insurance) is required by law and included in all rates. This protection provides the renter and any authorized drivers up to 35 000 000 CZK (1 250 000 EUR) coverage against property damage. Separately supplemental liability protection provides 35 000 000 CZK (1 250 000 EUR) coverage against bodily injury including death. The two limits cannot be combined to give an overall higher limit.
