AM I ABLE TO EARN REWARDS OR FREQUENT FLIER MILES FOR MY RENTALS?
Yes! When renting with Enterprise, rewards can be earned for qualifying rentals with Enterprise in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. For more information on how to earn rewards or frequent flier miles, please refer to our top FAQs below.
When will my miles post to my account?
Usually, miles will post to your account within 12 weeks after you have returned the vehicle. If you signed up for bonus miles, those can take up to 12 weeks after the end of the promotion to post to your account. If it has been over 12 weeks, and you still have not received your miles or points, please contact us so that we can review your account for you.
Am I able to request miles or point rewards after my rental is completed?
Yes, you can request miles and points for up to 6 months after you have returned your vehicle. To request your points, please click here to fill out a credits request form. Once requested, please allow 4-6 weeks for your rewards to post.
If I am missing my rewards, can Enterprise help me?
Yes! Click here to access our missing credits request form. After submitting your request, one of our Customer Service Representatives will review your information and submit it to our partner for processing. Once our Customer Service Representative submits the request, it can take 4-6 weeks for the rewards to post to your account.
What rentals might not qualify for rewards?
- Rentals using expired Promotional Codes.
- Rentals where the Frequent Traveler Member ID does not match the name of the Primary Renter.
- Rentals where the Frequent Traveler Member Number is not correct or valid for the program requested.
- Reservations booked via a third party Travel Agency, Tour Company, or Online Travel Planner may not qualify.
- Complimentary rentals do not qualify for mileage or point awards.
- Rentals already submitted for credit through another rewards program will not qualify.
- Rentals with contracted rates, such as corporate clients, are not eligible for frequent traveler rewards.
