Frequently Asked Questions
A qualifying rental must meet all of the following criteria:
- It includes at least one paid rental day where time and mileage charges were applied, even if the rental also included free days.
- It includes a valid Enterprise Plus member number applied at the time of reservation, regardless of booking channel.
A qualifying rental day refers to any paid day that is part of a qualifying rental.
The following do not count as qualifying rentals or rental days:
- Insurance replacement, dealer replacement, body shop or fleet replacement rentals, regardless of who paid.
- Rentals that are part of a tour or travel package.
- Pre-paid rentals booked through third-party sites (e.g., online travel agencies)
- Discounted employee rentals, including those by employees of Enterprise Mobility, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or eligible family and friends receiving an employee discount.
- Rentals at Enterprise Truck Rental (that used commercial/government account number or contracted rates), CarShare and Exotic Car Collection locations.
You can redeem Enterprise Plus points for free rental days starting at just 700 points. The exact number of points required depends on factors like the rental location, dates, and car class.
There are no blackout dates, and you can redeem points at thousands of participating Enterprise locations worldwide. Please note: Free rental days cover the base rate (time and mileage) only. Taxes, fees, surcharges, and optional products are not included and must be paid separately. Reservations are subject to availability.
You can request missing Enterprise Plus points for rentals up to six months after a rental, as long as the return date was after you enrolled in the program.
To submit a request, you’ll need to provide the following information:
- Reservation or rental agreement number
- Pick-up location
- Pick-up date
- Return date

If you don’t have the details but do have your driver’s license:
- Visit our Search for a Past Rental Receipt page and enter your details
- Your receipt will provide the information you need to submit your request
