Introducing Advance Check In

At more than 100 locations -- with more coming soon -- check in before your rental and you'll experience a faster, low-touch rental process. It only takes a few minutes and is easy to do. With Advance Check-In there is no need to stop at the rental counter or kiosk.  

How It Works:

Receive an SMS text or email when it's time to check in, about 48 hours before your rental

Provide your driver's license information, address and confirm your rental details

Choose from our optional protection products and extras, then add your payment method (don't worry, you won't be charged until your rental begins)

Receive your Rental Pass and enjoy your low-touch rental ... in less time!

How Does the Rental Pass Work?

- On the day of your rental, when you arrive at the rental branch look for the signs to “Show Your Rental Pass.” 

- Follow the signs and safe distance instructions.

- Be prepared to show your Rental Pass and driver's license to the agent.

- After capturing your signature, you will get your keys to a freshly cleaned vehicle.

- Certain restrictions apply, view details.

Eligible Reservations

  • Booked on the Enterprise website or mobile app or by calling Enterprise reservations
